 1. How do I place an order?

To view the items, simply select the items and quantity you want, then click "Add to Bag". Once you have placed the items you want in your bag, simply click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will then be prompted to log in to your account or create a new one. You will then be directed to complete the shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with the contents of your order!


  2. I wish to follow the progress of my order, how can I do this?

As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail concerning your package with your order number and the tracking number. You will then be able to follow its progress from your phone or computer.

You can also check its progress by logging in via your account on our website.

If you wish to contact us by email, please have your order number ready.

 

  3. Can I cancel/change the order I just placed?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly. If an order has not yet been processed, you can only change your order within 24 hours of placing it. You must contact our customer service team immediately at Alonghemy(within 24 hours) with details of your change/cancellation request. After we review the request, please follow our instructions for a refund. The money will be refunded to your website wallet or the bank account you provided within 3 days after we receive the item.

    4. I still haven't received my order, what can I do?

Make sure that your product does not indicate a manufacturing delay or a longer delivery time. This information is then displayed on the product sheet when you add your product to your basket but also when you place your order and when you confirm it by email.

 

    5. What if my order is canceled?

    8. Do I have to pay any sales tax?

Taxes are collected by the customs authorities of the destination country according to their rules and policies. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the situation in their country/region. Freight taxes are not paid on all shipments from our warehouses. Therefore, they must be paid by the customer, if at all. If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and charges. Please note that according to customs regulations, Alonghemy is not allowed to declare purchases as gifts or list amounts lower than the actual product price.

 

    9. How do I return an item? Returning unwanted items?

We understand that sometimes certain things don't work for you and you need a refund.

Don't worry, we accept returns as long as the item is still in its original condition, subject to the following rules, which include rules regarding fair use. None of these rules affect your legal rights.

If you wish to return an item purchased on www.Alonghemy.com/, you may do so free of charge within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order. Items should be in perfect condition and accompanied by all tickets. Please note that shipping and insurance costs are not refundable and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

For an exchange, you have 30 days to send it to us.

For the return, it's very simple, just fill in our return form, indicate on it your order number, your contact details, the reason for the return and if you want an exchange, a credit note or a refund,Send to our email [email protected].com.we will process the return application within 48 hours and reply to the processing result. After receiving the response of the processing result, send it back and tell us the tracking number.
