We hope you’re happy with your Alonghemy purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you,  you can return or exchange unwanted items.


Return and exchange service description
This happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way
Free, no cost

This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the item
Customer responsibility, need to bear the cost



Items must:

- Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)

- Have proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation.

- There are some items that we can't return or exchange unless faulty.

 
Refund process:

Step 1: You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return/exchange with our contact form. we will process the return application within 48 hours and reply to the processing result

Step 2: After the customer receives the response of the processing result, send it back and tell us the tracking number

Step 3 (if exchange): After receiving return goods, we will re-ship and update the tracking number.

 

Handle products received for return:

We need to have 3 days to process the returned products after we receive them. If the returned product is checked and there is no problem, the refund will be received within 3 days.
What should I do if I do not receive a refund?
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first and contact your credit card company, there may be some time delay.

If you contact your credit card company and you still have not received your refund, please contact us here.
